I made these with the software nlite and vlite for the less advance and casual desktop users like me, mainly aiming for a quick installation and less memory requirement.

If you are an advance user giver this a pass since you know how to do it yourself. You could use the softwares to do this yourself, but I went through every little settings to make sure the OS have all the functional features for daily desktop usage

and eliminating all the unnecasary things to help it run faster. If you only want XP or Vista, just uncheck the files you don't need before downloading. If you're not sure this is what you need, download the "removed features" folder only to find

out what fetures are removed and intact before downloading the actual files.

OS Included:
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Student Edition 32bit - Light
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit - Light

Main points:
-Both XP (227mb) and Vista (678mb) each fit in a single cd, with main features (IE, WMP, printer, netword wizard, firewall, etc) intacted.
-Approximately 15mins installation time for each OS. (fast computers anyway)
-Both fully automatic installation from the beginning until you see the Administrator desktop. "Click install" and walk away for 15minutes, come back and start using.
-Both has ability to install from within Windows (update) or boot up installation.
-Both will be able to use Windows Update.

Note: All 3rd party hardware drivers are excluded from the disc which means you must know where to get drivers for all your computer hardwares. Have atleast a backup of your Ethernet or WiFi card's drivers so you can get online after the

installation.

*Desktop settings are pre-configured for XP. (ie. no hide inactive icons and grouping, no windows animation, WMP settings, etc). Except IE7, you'll need to set that.
*IE7 for XP is slipstreamed. WMP9 is intacted, since I think the newer versions are bloated.
*For Vista you will need to Activate. There is an Activation excutable included in the ISO, but that only push back the 30days, or use your own activation.
*Vista Aero Theme and Wallpapers are intact.
*There are no 3rd party software slipstreamed. Except the Intel Raid ICH8R and ICH9R driver for XP, I had that in for my own usage.
