This is Borland's old Turbo C++ package, v5.02. It comes with a fully integrated IDE with additional tools (Turbo Debugger, Resource Workshop, Winsight, WinSpector etc). It's a bit dated now (it offers full support for DOS and Win16 as well as Win32), but some people swear by it. And hey, at least it doesn't force you to use .NET

This was originally gleaned from http://usuarios.lycos.es/scratchupload/ after a long and painstaking search for one of Borland's old C++ bundles. I've put it up here to share the love.
