1st: Install using the RegCureSetup_1501_RW.exe file
2nd: Make sure you install to default location
3rd: Don't run at end, instead delete RegCure.exe from the installation directory and replace with the RegCure.exe you got from this download that came with installer.
4th: NO SERIAL NEEDED! FULLY ACTIVATED!
