This is a smaller (much smaller) file size that the NTSC.DVDR-KART3LDVD video out there - 4.46 GB. I extracted that ISO to the DVD file system provided, then converted that to an XviD avi file, then shrunk that using AutoGK.

And yes, the quality was retained. After converting though, I noted that the first few minutes of the video were a bit out of a/v synch, but upon checking I realised that the ISO version was similarly out of a/v synch. But that a/v issue seems to affect only the first 2 mins or so.
