Panzer Elite Special Edition was published by Pygnosis and developed by Wings Simulation (the web claims JoWood also helped publish it)

Penzer Elite Action (PEA) is an arcade tank sim published by JoWood and developed by ZootFly. They are two completely different games. PEA is a crap arcade action game. PESE is an indept tanksim including smoke screen and extremely tense and tactical tank combat.
