Arthur C. Clarke wrote the short story "The Songs
from distant Earth" in 1958. Almost three decades
later in 1986 he extended the story to a novel
bearing the same name. Mike Oldfield was quite
impressed with the novel, which is ending in a
musical concert and he contacted Arthur C. Clarke,
beause he wanted to compose a music for this book.
The result is here, hope you will enjoy it. Arthur
C. Clarke, impressed by the music Mike wrote for
the movie "Tke Killing Fields", stated that Mike
has lived to his expectations...

The "rules" are simple: Rip your CD (no 1980's
cassettetapes or vinylrips please!) in lossless
format AND include artwork. Include cue- and
logfiles for the purists and the TQMP searchtag in
your title, so it can easily be found. (Yes, on
Google as well..)
