This is the English version of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas for Windows.
This is an installed, cracked game, easy to use. I've made self-unpacking RAR archives.

Install:
You need a WinRar.
Just double click on the file and select a folder to unpack.
After that start the game with gta_sa.exe, that's all.

I've tested it on Ubuntu linux using WINE, with which I can run exe files. Pictures:
