Jessica Ann Simpson [born July 10th 1980] is an American pop singer and actress who rose to fame in the late 1990s. Her debut country single, \'Come On Over\' made chart history by becoming the first debut country single by a solo artist to debut on the country chart at the position of 41 and made it\'s highest debut at No.18. It has since climbed the charts and debuted at No.3 on CMT and is No.1 most watched country video on yahoo.com.
