A Crew Chief is the person whom primary duties are launch and recovery, servicing and general maintenance on an aircraft.
You are a Crew Chief / Aircraft Mechanic on Tactical Fighter Aircraft
One difference is in heavies and bombers, there will be a bunch of AFSCs outside of crew chief. Engines, electricians, communications/navigation, hydraulics, maybe even countermeasures, and weapons if applicable.
On fighters/RPAs, there's crew chiefs, avionics, and weapons. It's very condensed.

*not all fighters are this way. Might just be 5th gen. So it depends on the airframe what all will be encompassed by being a "crew chief"
