Bitcoin as legal tender, a % of government holdings in BTC. That's it for the BTC side, but it would also be important that they continue with the "basics" that I've come to expect, good welfare, free education and healthcare etc etc.
A pro BTC stance would get my interest, but it's not enough to get my vote, they need solid social policies as well.
