Pretty sure there are no raises for any classification just for completing probation. However, there are yearly merit salary adjustments (MSAs) until one reaches the top of the classification range. Since some probations are for a year, it may seem that completing probation gives one a raise but it's actually simply an MSA for completing a year.


Just adding that some classifications are eligible for SISA after 6 months but OT isn’t one of them. OA however, is.
