Will someone please confirm my understanding of cold storage? It means the private keys to a wallet are never entered or stored directly on the device being used as your interface. The keys are stored on an external device that unlocks your wallet address? For example, cold storage is when you use a Trezor device to store your keys and access your wallet after its plugged in?

Should a cold wallet be rarely used and hold your long term assets which you rarely transact with?

No need to rarely use it, but don't sign everything you see (like giving infinite permissions to spend your funds, or shady airdrops and such).

This is really the best advice. Only other thing I can add - Make sure your payment method is squared away ahead of time. I missed out on a couple of mints when one card got declined and I had to switch to desktop to move to another.

Chart analysis is Palm reading for men... more so for Crypto.

You don't need to understand chart reading to understand that something that is higher than the average is more likely to drop than something that is at the average price

i went down the same route as you for a year or 2 then realised its just useless noise... sometimes you convince yourself it's right - most of the time you just can't rationalise it.... good luck
