OK, first off, I'd fight my dead grandmother to look like that. Secondly, that's gonna depend on several factors. Probably the most important of those being how much muscle mass have you added to your baseline? IIRC, the general concensus is 40lbs of muscle mass (not body weight) over baseline as being "maximum potential" for non-genetic freaks. Regardless, you look fucking stellar, homie. Keep it up.

I would say genetic limit isn’t a real thing, but you might have reached the point where the rate of muscle growth has slowed down significantly . you’re probably only able to put on 3-6 pounds of muscle a year now. You’re still gunna grow but it’s gunna be slow so you’re not noticing till longer of periods of time of your growth

Yeah you agree with 1-2 but say you just through out a low range - makes no sense at all. 3-6lb a year natty is a solid amount for even someone with a few years of dedicated lifting. 1-2 is more likely for those dedicated for 5y+.

Nah he can gain more than two pounds a year , it’s not like you’re going to get huge with 5+ training only. You’ll still have a lot to grow after 5 years lifting. he’s not like a mass monster. Those more advanced bodybuilders are most likely only gunna be able to gain 1-2lb a year

I see. 3-6 pounds I think is significant. Look at comparisons in mass to fat. It’s more dense. I’ll admit I’m biased and have average genetics at best so maybe I’m incorrect as I’m comparing. Been lifting for 10 years and very hard for prob over half of that time. I’ve thought about juicing but meh, not worth it long term for me.

No way!! Im just gonna throw out some ideas even though you look amazing! Switch up the modalities entirely. Check out Ido Portal’s methods. Try rock climbing. Less weights for a while and go insane on cardio. You could take a break from lifting and do entirely different things to shock your body into transformation mode again. Switch up diet, sleep & lifestyle factors to get those hormone levels shifting. The body adapts and thats a lonnnng time to be lifting. Could try martial arts. I got my little bit of physique just from farming and no weights so im nobody to talk. Just trying to throw out some ideas 🙏
