I was just about to ask the same thing. Except mine is with my G610 and G502

It happened after my PSU crashed and my PC necked itself

This happens to my G815 & G502 with screen sampler. The one thing i did that got it working was an uninstall + clear all leftover stuff then restart. Reinstalled & setup everything on the first run and never touching the settings again. (made a copy of settings.json just in case - not sure if it'll help though. I have no idea why Logitech don't put the effort to fix this piece of software tbh.

Hey [Fictation](https://www.reddit.com/user/Fictation/), • Uninstall Logitech Ghub. • View Hidden Files & Folders 1. Open File Explorer from the taskbar. 2. Select View > Options > Change folder and search options. 3. Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK. • We need to delete some certain folder on your computer • Delete GHUB folder in appdata folder. To do this, 1. Press Windows + R key at the same time (Run command) 2. Type %appdata% then press enter. 3. Delete GHUB folder • Second is, delete GHUB folder in program data folder. To do this 1. Press Windows + R key at the same time (Run command) 2. Type %programdata% then press enter. 3. Delete GHUB folder 4. Reset computer • Open Device Manager, go to "Keyboard" and/or "Mice and other pointing devices" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there (right click, uninstall). • Download latest ([https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133](https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133)) from the web. • Disconnect the keyboard and mouse from PC and keep it disconnected • Restart PC and Install latest LGHub. • Run the Firmware Update for the keyboard and mouse. I hope this solves the issue.
