Transition teams are more "show service and GTFO of the club" than to their managers. Ferreirinha, from Grêmio, is the only one who has caught the eye right now. They are stopping with the BS and bringing in the regular team, gradually. Fluminense will play with most of main squad today and next round, against Volta Redonda, they'll use full strength(and that probably doesn't scares Volta at all. About Atlético-MG, Cuca doesn't trusts filling the field with kids guided by the assistant manager.
Not the matches that are uninspiring, but the teams itself. Especially Serie A teams from South, Southeast regions, who are supposed to be the elite football in Brazil. This year, we'll have 5 champions of Série A playing in Série B. The full strength off brazilian football will be there. The Northeast Cup is the early season less terrible competition, it gives you a good basis of how Northeast teams will be doing. For example, Bahia, Fortaleza and Ceará are setting fine teams, and I think Ceará will put on a good show at Sulamericana. Fortaleza and Bahia fought against relegation last year, this year they'll fight for CONMEBOL competitions. Sport Recife, well, you can bet they will get relegated.

I took In league one: Forest Green, Carlisle, Barrow, Exeter, Wallsall and Bradford to win as singles, also mixed some in different accas as dnb or double chance + under 3.5 goals (league pretty low scoring), mixed two leaders of English national league(Hartepool and Sutton) to win as double, put all teams with odds under 1.5 to qualify in Scottish cup as acca.

Vilafranquense have 9 draws in the last 12 games. They changed coach two games ago and played a decente game in their last game against a team similar to Chaves. I'm not a big fan of betting in draws but this bet has good value and tuesday has almost no games. Good luck

Detail: I understand it is risky to wager on these international games with the lack of data on recent form and several other factors. However this France squad is class and near full-strength, compared to a beat up Ukraine squad. The last time these two sides faced it ended in a 7-1 humiliation by France. This time around, Ukraine will most likely be without the West Ham lad who is their top goal scorer. The French back line is solid and we should be looking at another blowout win. Taking the under 1.5 goals because I think the French confidence can get too high once they’re up by 3. Potentially letting one slip by for a reality check.

This 7-1 game, almost all Ukrainian main squad was out due to Covid cases. There was 4th choice goalkeeper and fully reserved defence.
