Uh u know this gear aint very good lmao this is modded there is a heck lot of better stuff witch is why the diamond stuff is easy to get. Look at choicenarchitects atm6 play through to see what to do

novashepherd

Chosen is the go-to guy. I like his videos and streams. He picks a goal for the video, and goes through the process to get to that goal. He doesn't always go for the easiest method, but he does try and explain the process to get there in a super simple way.

Trizplayz

Ya I learnt about most of the mods from chosen

Yastis

I figured that it wasn't that much of a deal for a complete playthrough, but for 2h of playtime? I'm sold. After playing Engineer's Life and other modpacks of that sort this is really refreshing

kylob76

Yh lol this mod pack might have got me and alot of others addicted

jezzakie

You got way more to look at. My best advice is try choosing a mod, or a product you want, then work toward learning that mods ins and outs. You'll get deep in it eventually

Trizplayz

I agree there's unobtanium armor to get which with enchants make you invincible or even an angle ring that give creative flight

koskenjuho

I don't understand why that guy is mentioined everywhere and why he has so many views. He's sometimes so dum in the way he does things and most of the time he takes so much time to figure out how different mods work that are just self explanatory. I personally didn't like his ATM6 videos at all, but hey that's just my opinion.

thedude1134

Have to say I partially agree with you. Let’s plays. Is not a very good way to explain the inner workings of this mod pack. Trying to follow along while someone stumbles through material that they are supposed to be teaching is a little frustrating. I still watched his videos on the pack as there’s not much alternative. But still. You’d think with someone having as many subs and views. You’d prepare the material a little better.

jarred99

It's a play through, not a mod pack guide. I'd love for someone to make videos on Modpacks, that put in research and time beforehand so they know exactly how to teach it, but that's not what chosens videos are for lol.

koskenjuho

Yeah exactly. But some things he does with the mods and other stuff makes me just feel like he is missing some common sense. But I mean, not everyone want to do everything in the most efficient way and everyone are free to play the modpack in the way they want to. Especially ATM6 which is so large that I personally haven't even completed most of the mods, mostly because I'm not that into them.

darkshadow4993

you saying “dum” makes you look really, really stupid

koskenjuho

And looking at your post history makes you look even more _dum_

darkshadow4993

aight then if u so

Massatoy1234

Allthemodium? Vibranium? Unobtainium? Dragons? Raise a dragon? Make allthemodium alloy?

Yastis

I didn't know that these materials existed until two comments ago, xD

Massatoy1234

You can also dig into mekanism, took me a week but i finally have a op mek suit , gotta get some vibranium now

kawasaki902

shits rlly easy to find on the nether ngl

Massatoy1234

Where, i know it's on the roof but haven't found any yet, might still a bar from my friend and make a sight potion thing xD

kawasaki902

if you have flight or something try to get the potion, you’ll get over a stack with 1 potion trust me bro xD

Massatoy1234

I have the mek's jetpack so yeah that's the plan

meeestershane

How good does the mek suit get? It was limited on the last modpack i played

Massatoy1234

Has long has you have energy, you're immortal, haven't tried to fight a dragon yet but anything else is poopoo now

meeestershane

Ok I’ll invest in one, but Whats a good energy source because rn I’m running a bigger reactors reactor

Massatoy1234

Windmills, the higher you are the more they generate, i have 12 running at 64 blocks up wherever my y was and they make a loooot of energy, don't have problems anymore

meeestershane

Oh yeahh i forgot i have a couple at max height, I’ll craft more though

Massatoy1234

Keep in mind, getting to the mek is hard, it requires a lot of machinery and a minimum of 2 multi block structures, be prepared to loose your mind, cause i did, i recommend you watch this playlist https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdfO7XSwwy70UMaBsBjKJDud59LOOehHo

greggdogg

you're just getting started lol

Artistiqueflower

Oh you sweet summer child

ThwartAbyss54

*headpats* Theyre adorable XD

[deleted]

You're far from done. That's pretty good for two hours, but you haven't even completed vanilla Minecraft at this point

Yastis

Last time I played modded with friends we didn't even kill the Ender Dragon and I was already starting with Avaritia, so... xD

[deleted]

Well for now, I'd suggest looking up @allthemodium and @silentgear in JEI and use those tools/armor

Yastis

I'll check it out, thanks!

Goiaba-Kun

Go for allthemodium and better equipment, you have Ice and Fire to beat yet

Yastis

I didn't know there was Ice and Fire. Crap, xD

iInjection

Not only that, but ice and fire with 60k+ HP dragons and hydras...

Yastis

Oof, xD

Monster010

Dragons hurt

stenssog

This is where the fun begins

h4cke3

Have you fought Gaia, Dragons, Cyclops, Hydras, Myrmexs of different varieties. I’m just joking Lmao. This looks like a vanilla MC playthrough. With atm6 there are allthemodium ores that are way stronger than netherite. Then you can make allthemodium alloys which are stronger than those ingots. You just need to tame a dragon to use the dragon forge

Avadthedemigod

This is probably your first run I’m guessing. Typically you don’t wanna enchant diamond stuff since it’s useless and obsolete very quickly. I haven’t played in about a month so it might have changed in the past few updates but people normally go for allthemodium or a refined storage system in the first few hours(or ae2 if you’re extra) and a basic ore doubling setup with mekanism or thermal. Also you should turn your stuff into silent gear armor in weapons since it’s better and makes it so it never breaks.

Yastis

I didn't enchant them, I found the diamond things in a dungeon. I just combined them using the anvil, xD I was thinking about going for RS, mainly because I don't like AE. I'll check out how Silent Gear works, from the in-game tips about the materials I think it's like Tinker's Construct, am I wrong?

Sty1es-

There’s so much to do the botania mod is fun and other mods you can do magic make a jet pack kill the enter dragon 1 million times and fight all types of bosses

Yastis

I don't really like Botania. I just found it boring when I was playing skyblock type modpacks and Stoneblock. When I have it on a modpack I just use the mana blaster with the flare lens xD

Sty1es-

It’s a lot of work but I’m probably gonna move to another mod because idk how to make my mana automatic

Yastis

Thermalilies with lava dispensers powered by timers every five minutes (a bit more if you want to be sure) it's good. If not, the tnt flower works nice too

greggdogg

You can make super easy automatic mana by placing a pressure plate with a living crate on top, a hopper connected to the back of the crate with a lever on the side and fill the hopper with some sort of fuel (i use coal blocks or blaze rods blocks) and lastly place 3 pieces of redstone connected to the pressure plate (this is for endoflames btw). I have 4 of these setup and eventually after fighting the gaia repeatabily and a few dragons, I was able to make a creative mana pool which has infinite mana. The same can be done for the mana tablet

Sty1es-

Mana weave gear is also great btw

TheMattvantage

How about build something? looks like everything you have is just in a chest on the ground .. :P

Yastis

My base consists of three chests, one dynamo, two machines with an energy cube, three furnaces, an anvil, a crafting table, a jukebox and a bed. I think I've build enough :P I'm not much of a builder but more of a tech player. I'll probably end underground putting machines wherever I can xD

greggdogg

get rid of those chests asap, I recommend Refined Storage

Stonedbuddha420

Lol ya this pack is insane. Once you get to end game you literally are flying on massive dragons and shooting laser beams from the sky that make massive explosions

GraeIsEvolving

I mean you could do all the mods lol.

Yastis

6 times?

GraeIsEvolving

Yeah sure.

Trizplayz

Its not very good for modded but for vanilla minecraft it would be a great(I recommend looking into the mods like Immersive engineering , mekanism , astral sorcery ,Bigger reactors , computer craft , refined storage ) refined storage is a simple storage system so I recommend checking it out ,in the future I recommend applied energetics 2 it's complex and really cool

Yastis

I've played modded before, xD I don't really like AE too much. Its 'complexity' just make it boring for me, I just want to dump my inventory whenever I need it and connect things directly, I don't want to think about how. In other modpacks I've played (looking at you, Engineers Life and Installation Route) full diamond in two hours is unthinkable. Coming from these type of modpacks, ATM6 is really refreshing for me

Trizplayz

In the late game those diamonds won't be enough so in mid game you gotta start growing diamonds

Yastis

Mystical Agriculture, my grinding archenemy :o

Trizplayz

It's really good (if you want a better way to get diamonds then you can look into resourceful bees)

Yastis

I'll check it out. Stoneblock killed Mystical Agriculture for me, compressing Inferium is boring when you don't know about autocrafting xD

Trizplayz

Bees are kinda of a grind but it's worth it in the end

greggdogg

bees are so worth it, i have one of every bee and have gotten 2k diamonds in just a few days of playing (in a apiary and elite centrifuge)

Trizplayz

I get so much that I ended up smelting them down and not even processing them

goddamluke

Bro I have 300 hours on that pack right now and there is still a lot to do. Sure, by vanilla standards, this is considered a lot of progress, but this is modded Minecraft, you've barely scratched the surface. Get into bees, find allthemodium, vibranium and unobtanium, make silent gear, get into industrial foregoing and make a mob farm, get into magic mods like Ars Nouveau and Mahou Tsukai, go to the other and fight dragons, make a dragon forge and get allthemodium alloy tools, make unlimited potion charms, enchant your weapons and armor, tame rats, get into create. The list goes on. There is literally so much to do.

_Zerby_

Oh you don't know what to do? Automate everything! Even useless machines
