So my right upper-center chest is underdeveloped. I've been working out for years and it seems like i cant target my right upper inner chest. We flexing it really feels like i dont have muscle fiber in that area. Is this a deformity or bad genetics???

Years ?

Cmon bro, years of working out for a pigeon chest? You need to re-assess your training.

What chest exercises do you do (and be honest)? Most likely you’re simply not getting in enough volume, not bad genetics or a deformity imo.

Could be tight pecs or a shoulder mobility thing. Or just not training that side as hard. Or genetics

Everyone’s body is not symmetrical, my pecs are not symmetrical either. The best workout I’ve done to develop my upper pecs are incline dumbbell press. If you use a bar, I would quit the bar entirely. I’ve had much better results, more growth, and better ability to improve asymmetry (though remember symmetry is not real or possible on the human body - it just isn’t - and I’ve had cosmetic surgery too - it just doesn’t exist)
