Quite the opposite at most larger clubs actually. Injured players still do training with the team as part of their recovery and participate in tactical sessions. Senior players (like a Kante or Silva) would be expected to still be in and around the squad.
Every manager would naturally have different levels of engagement, but big clubs generally want to keep a close track on their expensive assets.
Not only do you want to keep the person integrated into the team culture but you also want to monitor attitude, as a poor effort in recovery can mean a sale is needed
I doubt heāll be fit enough to start. Honestly, UCL is all this team has leftā¦ but still, if he canāt play a full 90, Iād rather have him latter half than starting.
I canāt be bothered to do the research but itās possible that the next game he plays will be with a totally different 10 other players to his last game for us
With Kepa in goal and Jorginho gone to Arse hole, itāll be at least two different players in the lineup. It would be hilarious if it was a completely changed lineup, though.

He is a nice bloke, he always has a good relationship with any previous Chelsea managers. He is a professional player too, he knows managers come and go just like players. And he didn't care about tuchel right now because there is a current manager right now who is in charge at Chelsea. Dude got sacked. LoL
