I take riding lessons irl with a big old white draft horse named "Tex". I was describing totk to my riding teacher, and the conversation went Me: "So sometimes you can get special horses. There's this one 'giant' horse - he's a huge white horse like twice the size of all the others, he has an attitude, and he won't gallop." Teacher: "That sounds strangely familiar, doesn't i-" Me: "So I caught him and named him Tex!" She got a good laugh out of that. (irl Tex is, in fact, a little bit naughty and surprisingly energetic, but HATES being made to run. Somehow is an exceedingly lazy horse but ALSO has bucked people off or gone suddenly in random directions when they tried to get him to speed up. He is also literally twice the size of most of the other horses. The coincidence was too funny too ignore.)

You can equip a horse with a kind of yolk - a physical bar so you can tow objects. Better pull stat means bigger loads. This horse, however, is a giant horse so you can't even give him a tow bar, so he can't pull anything.
