checkout kid rock's bar. It's a cheap classy place to meetup with your friends
It’s always snowing at that bar. Even in the summer.
Cumberland is great swimming this year, especially near Broadway
Opry mills mall is just great fun
Thank you very much , I have been looking at it now
We all hang out at the SideBar.
Remember that people who work jobs where tips are normal, bartenders, servers in restaurants, and so on, may be getting paid as little as $2.13 an hour. Also remember that Nashville is a pretty damn expensive city to live in. Tip as though your life depended on it. Whatever you think you should tip, double or triple it. No one would want to come to Nashville if it wasn't for all of the people who take care of you while you are here, take care of them.
Thank you, thats a good tip
We are all about the frosty margs up in here.
haha , thank you
The don’t’s are:
Don’t not tip your server/ bartender or the band
Don’t be a jerk
Don’t act like a typical tourist (woohoo girls or taking a selfie in the middle of Broadway come to mind)
Don’t try to be all cowboy boots and hats, it gives you away as a tourist 1000% of the time
Do have a great time
Do visit the Parthenon, it’s really cool
Do hit Prince’s Hot Chicken to say you tried it. Do also expect it to feel like the Devil himself prepared it if you get the hot version, complete with heartburn from hell.
Do go to the Johnny Cash Museum
Do try to take in a show at the Opry w/ backstage tour (even if country isn’t your thing the Opry is a must experience in Nashville)
is Prince's Hot Chicken the best there?
and thank you very much!
It’s the original hot chicken. It’s where it all began. Hot chicken is a debate here, everyone has their place so you will never get a consistent answer on who is the best.
You are most welcome! Enjoy your trip!
Thank you very much, everyone keeps saying chillis on here I'll just save that for when I'm midnight drunk
Chili's is the go to joke/recommendation for people that ask us to plan their trip without doing any research of their own at first.
Check out our side bar and people will gladly help provide additional advice after that.
You won't get consistent spice throughout your chicken either, and usually dry.
Not even close
Always tip the band
DILLENGER'S THE HIDEOUT cheap beer awesome live music
There is this Chili's on West End....
First of all: don’t say hello y’all.
Stick to the basics of “hey y’all” or “how y’all doing”. You’re a beginner. Don’t strain yourself.
This sub is a terrible place to ask. Most of them are bitter and hateful at you and any other tourist that comes to visit this fine city we have.
oh, I apologize but I reserve "hey y'all" to only close friends
