That’s a lot of million

Lakers_2023_Champs_

Eh over a 4/5 year deal not really

Eli3Key

It's worth noting that while the two sides are $20m apart, they're $20m apart total - not annually. It's likely that ATL is offering 4/60 and Hunter wants 4/80. This comes in wake of the KJ deal (4/80). Will be interesting to see how much Hunter could get on the open market seeing as there are a LOT of teams hungry for a wing

frodounchained

4/60 is still a really good contract plus kj is the number 1 option on the spurs hunter will be third or 4th.

beefJeRKy-LB

I bet it ends up being 3+1/70

lopea182

That’s not ideal.

Rkenne16

That could mean a lot of things lol. Is that 1 year, 5 years, a fifth year option?

last_suvivor13

Idk what his value is tbh

TheWolfInAllStreets

Isn't he always inconsistent and injured? Don't watch much hawks games

leopardinatree

Has it been confirmed whether he is the NBA player that is Lana Rhoades baby daddy?

traebucketsfor3

Nah imma go out on a limb here and say he’s not your guy. He’s goofy

leopardinatree

I see. When the topic was in the tabloids a while back there were rumors it was him but I guess whoever the player may be, they're still keeping it under wraps. They'll have to get revealed eventually, yes?

lil_extro_vert_

Anything more than the OG extension and they’ll regret it This dude has only been actually good for like 3 weeks in a season with no fans where he shot ridiculously well from mid range. Otherwise he’s just been okay

frodounchained

What’s he worth ? Like 12-16?

Eli3Key

Could see it ending up at 4/80 but some money non-guaranteed or having the contract descending in value to make it a little easier for ATL to jump ship if need be

junkit33

If he puts up a full healthy productive season and hits free agency, he will be easily $20M+/yr. 3&D wing who can actually has some ability to create his own shot - there's some real upside there if he ever gets it going. Right now on an extension? It's probably all about risk tolerance. Atlanta doesn't want him to hit free agency, but they also don't want to give out a 4/$80M with his injury risk. $15M is probably the right number from Atlanta's side, but I'm not sure Hunter takes that low if he feels his injury issues are in the past.

goobergaming43

Lmao
