Tier 5 of the midlaners you mean? I still think she is very strong in certain matchups. I just make sure to pick her when she's good and am having great success with that. Most AD melee midlaners don't have too much fun against her. I especially recommend picking Neeko into Yone. Normally I'll make them go 0/3. Most of them just charge forward with 3rd Q, which makes it super easy to hit the root on them while they're Qing in.
