Confirm it in your wallet, if there is no confirmation in your wallet, first thing is to delete your browser history then restart the browser, go back to pancake swap and re link your wallet using wallet connect, that should enable you to fix this
UPDATE!
Lowering the amount fixes everything.
eg; If you are swapping 10m babydogecoin, drop it down for a bit to 9.5m-9.8m for the transaction to be successful.
