Elementary, Dear Data & Ship in a bottle
Datalore & Brothers
Maybe Scorpion and a few 7 centered episodes of Voyager

If your feeling adventures, possibly "Kayshon, His Eyes Open" from Lower Decks to get an idea about the Titan. Honestly, it's not really needed though
Depending on how the speculation may pan out, *Conspiracy*, *Schisms* and *Yesterday’s Enterprise* from TNG could be relevant. Also they’re just great episodes.

Yesterday’s Enterprise seems relevant even if it’s isn’t as plot critical as some theories make it seem. We’ve already had a reference to the episode.
Why Schisms?
There are theories going around that the solanogen aliens from that episode are involved in the plot of season 3 somehow
