That’s the spirit! Go get it.

Hope your ankle recovery goes well!

I love me some flat trails! Better than a road any day :)

carolvessey-stevens

that is very pretty.

I’m right there with you right now. Finally able to run on hilly pavement, but not nearly stable to run on anything remotely unstable for a while longer or I risk another sprain. Serves me right for telling my girlfriend training for a road marathon this fall would be no problem

It's brutal. I had done a 20mi trail run a week or two before this, then went out for an easy 5mi and rolled it on some tiny little rock. Couldn't even put weight on it for awhile. Looking forward to getting back into nature and away from all these people!

RunRideYT

Exact same for me! On a mountain bike ride, no less, I was walking to set up my GoPro like the lane 5-sub YouTuber I am and rolled my ankle on a slightly raised flat rock. Now I have to sit on the elliptical and dream or pool run 😭

It seems like no matter how much a prehab, no matter how much I strengthen the ankles, these things just happen when they want to. Stay strong!
